Corregedoria do TJ inspeciona Comarca de Tangará

As unidades judiciais da Comarca de Tangará da Serra recebem nesta quinta-feira e sexta-feira (05 e 06) a inspeção da Corregedoria-Geral da Justiça de Mato Grosso. O juiz auxiliar Lídio Modesto da Silva Filho e seis servidores foram designados para realizar os trabalhos nos dois dias e o corregedor-geral, desembargador Márcio Vidal, estará no município no segundo dia de inspeção.

Na Comarca de Tangará da Serra serão examinados processos, livros, papéis e tudo o que estiver relacionado com o expediente forense. No período, os interessados também poderão fazer sugestões à equipe da Corregedoria para melhorias nos serviços judiciários. Conforme consta em portaria, a inspeção in loco permitirá uma avaliação consistente sobre o funcionamento da Comarca, que teve um levantamento prévio em auditoria realizada por meio de inspeção virtual.

A auditoria virtual feita na terça-feira (03 de maio) constatou a existência de processos conclusos há mais de 100 dias, de processos de réus presos em tramitação há mais de 180 dias e de processos que aguardavam baixas no Distribuidor há mais de dois meses.

A partir das informações e dados obtidos, a Corregedoria adotará as medidas necessárias para atingir a eficiência dos serviços judiciários na Comarca. A Corregedoria convidou a Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil Seccional Mato Grosso, o Ministério Público, o Tribunal Regional Eleitoral, o Tribunal Regional do Trabalho e a Defensoria Pública a participarem da inspeção.

The County of Tangará processes will be examined, books, papers and everything that is related to the expedient forensics. During the period, interested parties may also make suggestions to the team for the Magistrate improvements in the judiciary. As stated in ordinance, the site inspection will allow a robust assessment of the functioning of the District, which had a preliminary survey of audit performed by virtual inspection.

The virtual audit done on Tuesday (May 3) revealed the existence of cases concluded and more than 100 days, processes of defendants arrested in the pipeline for over 180 days and waited processes that lower the Distributor for over two months .

From the information and data obtained, the Magistrate shall take the necessary measures to achieve the efficiency of judicial services in the County. The Magistrate asked the Bar Association of Brazil Sectional Mato Grosso, the Public Ministry, the Regional Electoral Court, the Regional Labor Court and the Ombudsman to attend the inspection.
